Sometimes when the Intake Team of Our Pal’s Place goes into the county shelter, we watch to see which dogs others are passing by. This was the case with Paisley. Terrified and shaking, Paisley was huddled in her county cell and it was hard to see her as she is dark colored. For these reasons, no one was stopping to notice her … so we did!

Once in the county shelter’s bonding room, Paisley was able to relax away from the loud barking and was obviously grateful for receiving attention. The team was certain that once Paisley was in the safety of our Pet Adoption Facility her personality would shine. And that it did!!

Paisley’s favorite activity is playing soccer! Multiple large balls are kept in her yard which she moves with her front feet just like a true soccer player! Her second favorite hobby is playing tug and fetch followed by a close third favorite hobby of taking walks. Paisley is a smart girl who thrives on activities with her human friends. Nothing warms our hearts more than seeing her face light up when a volunteer takes her outside to play!
